To extend Route 27 back to Royal Parade. After serving Mayflower Street, via Western Approach to A16 on Royal Parade. Then Charles Street outbound towards Mutley. Intermediate running times are revised across all days of operation to improve reliability and punctuality.

With the start of the Royal Parade Bus Stop Improvement Scheme on Monday 2nd June, the Service 27 will now be using Mayflower Street M1 as a temp stop and for the Start and End point of the route until completion of the works. Timetable change required to reflect this.
