Terms of use

BustimeFinder is an independent information service for browsing public transport routes, timetables, stops, vehicles, maps and recorded journey activity. It is not a transport operator, ticket issuer, travel agent, emergency service or official source of operational instructions.

The website is not affiliated with Bustimes.org. Provider, operator, route, stop and place names belong to their respective owners and are displayed to identify public transport services.

Transit information can be incomplete, delayed, changed or unavailable. A live-looking marker is not a promise that a vehicle will arrive, stop, accept passengers or provide space. Before travel, confirm critical details with the transport operator, station staff or an official booking source.

Do not rely on BustimeFinder for emergencies, accessibility assistance, last connections, immigration requirements, safety instructions or time-critical decisions.

Map positions, route geometry, arrows and stop locations are aids to orientation and may not represent the exact road, platform, entrance, direction of travel or current vehicle position. Public transport and map information is shown subject to the licences and conditions of its source providers. See the data-source directory.

BustimeFinder may cache, u-xo or combine public records to present them clearly, but it does not guarantee that every source is complete, continuous or error-free.

No ticket-booking or affiliate-measurement feature is currently enabled. If one is introduced, an eligible commercial link will be marked clearly as an advertisement before the visitor clicks it. BustimeFinder may receive a commission if a qualifying transaction is attributed to that link.

A future ticket link will open an independent operator, retailer, advertiser or affiliate-network destination. That third party—not BustimeFinder—will be responsible for prices, availability, booking, payment, fulfilment, changes, refunds, customer service and its own terms and privacy practices.

BustimeFinder will not invent a fare, claim availability without evidence, automatically redirect a visitor, or hide an affiliate relationship. See the affiliate disclosure, privacy notice and cookie notice.

You may use the passenger-facing website for lawful personal information and journey-planning purposes. You must not attack, overload, bypass access controls, probe for secrets, submit malicious traffic, impersonate another person, interfere with other visitors, or use the site in a way that infringes rights or applicable law.

Public pages do not grant a right to bulk-copy, republish, resell or systematically extract BustimeFinder's presentation or its upstream data. Use the original open-data sources and their applicable licences for independent data projects.

The BustimeFinder name, interface, layout, original text, graphics and software are protected to the extent permitted by law. Open transport data, map data and third-party marks remain subject to their own ownership, attribution and licence terms.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. BustimeFinder may correct, suspend, retire or change a feature where required for accuracy, security, provider availability or maintenance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BustimeFinder is not responsible for losses caused solely by delayed or inaccurate public transport information, a provider outage, an external website, or a visitor's failure to verify important travel details. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

Material changes will be shown by updating the date on this page. The laws and courts that have mandatory jurisdiction over the site operator or the visitor continue to apply; these terms do not replace non-waivable rights in the visitor's country.

BustimeFinder is operated by Binary Docks in India. Contact: vasinvictory3@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts of India, except where mandatory consumer, privacy or other law gives a visitor rights or jurisdiction that cannot be excluded.

The operator has not supplied a complete geographic postal or service address. BustimeFinder will publish one if required for the operator's legal form, an applicable market or an approved advertiser programme; it will not be inferred from private records.
