Terms for realtime information

Use this travel interface lawfully. Do not expose its upstream API, bypass controls, disrupt services, introduce malware, overload requests or remove proprietary notices.

Do not redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise share its realtime content, including with data brokers, advertising networks or exchanges. Do not charge additional access fees or advertise competing products here.

Do not build competing services, except using publicly available GTFS realtime feeds. Do not combine API content with scraped or unofficial Swiftly content. Do not copy, adapt, reformat, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, download, translate or modify the upstream API or content. No trademark rights are granted.

Information is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability or suitability. Except for bodily injury and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, Swiftly and its licensors disclaim warranties and responsibility for data loss, replacement costs, indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue and events beyond their control. Their aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for API access, or US$500 if none were paid.
