This package supplies the complete data-altering projection and prediction
algorithms, the additional operator reference content, and exact exclusion lists.
The original publisher archive supplies all unchanged records. These algorithms
and additional data are available without charge for the corresponding reuse.

Timetable changes: retain GTFS bus modes (3, trolleybus 11 and extended 700–799); use numeric
stop sequences and service-day clocks including times after midnight; remove
trips without two calls or endpoint times; withhold booking-rule or pickup/drop-off
type 2/3 trips until booking instructions are supported. Remove routes with no
retained trips and unused stops/calendars/shapes. Preserve parent stop closure.
Replace the commercial-network agency on each route with the verified official
operating company (operator:<official reference>). Preserve the original commercial
network and operating-company attribution in idfm-reference.json. Preserve typed
object_codes_extension.txt and attributions.txt; do not flatten identifiers.
Internal storage prefixes raw identifiers with fr-idfm:. Public route and trip
identities follow the existing deterministic BustimeFinder importer conventions.

The included international_static.py project function and idfm_static.py implement
every row selection and identity change; database/import-only functions do not
alter the projection. The included reference/exclusion JSON files enumerate the
additional content and affected rows for this source revision. On a new source
revision, changed operator mappings require a new official-reference review.

Forecast changes: idfm_prediction_rules.py and idfm_stopboards.py retain only
uniquely resolved route/physical-quay calls with original source timestamps no
older than five minutes, future expected times within two hours, and reviewed
opaque operator references. Each successful snapshot replaces the preceding
snapshot. Predictions never become actual arrivals, GPS, journey assignments or
completion evidence. An explicit physical Quay code overrides ambiguous aliases.
The opaque reference allowlist is in reviewed-operator-references.json. Disruptions
retain exact route scope and Europe/Paris validity; unresolved scopes are withheld.

BustimeFinder is independent of the publisher. The data is supplied without an
accuracy guarantee. Source notices and official operator names remain unchanged.

Both reference exports were acquired on 3 October 2026 from the official list of
transport operators and line reference datasets. Every one of 1966 original bus
route operator mappings agreed with the fresh line and operator references.
The current projected timetable retains 1882 routes from 58 official operators,
366518 trips, 8510124 ordered calls and 48666 stops including parent closure.
idfm-exclusions.json enumerates 14 trips without usable endpoints and 2046 trips
requiring reservation instructions. Withheld trips are not reported cancelled.
The public opaque-reference allowlist is restricted to retained current routes.
Unreviewed source references stay withheld. The full source operator mapping is
in idfm_reference.json; idfm-reference.json preserves only retained route metadata.
